A Fond Farewell to Kris Walter
It is with both gratitude and warm wishes that we share that our Event Manager, Kris Walter, will be leaving Robert Hall to take the next step in his career journey.
Since joining our team, Kris has been the steady hand behind so many of our memorable moments. Whether coordinating with caterers and entertainers, managing behind-the-scenes logistics, or welcoming prospective clients, Kris brought care, creativity, and dedication to everything he did.

“Kris has been an integral part of our team and has helped build Robert Hall from the ground up. He was here long before the building was even completed and was eager to jump in and do any task needed to help us get the doors open. From helping add plants to The Garden to using power tools, you name it and Kris has done it. Once we were open, he embodied the high standard of excellence and essence of what I had hoped Robert Hall could become. We are very sad to see him go and he will always be an honorary “OG” member of the Robert Hall Team! But, on a very personal note, I am incredibly proud of the successful hospitality professional that he is becoming. “I remember meeting Kris shortly after he was hired as Event Manager. We had a conversation about our strengths and weaknesses within the hospitality industry. I shared with him my experience in floral arrangements, my love for creating tablescapes, and my passion for decorating. He looked at me with an enormous smile and said, ‘Whew… thank goodness! I remember Christy telling me that some decorating could possibly be part of my job, and I wasn’t certain how I was going to fake my way through that part of the job’ I have so enjoyed working with Kris and will miss watching him covered in fake snow as we put together the 12 ft high snow flocked Christmas tree.” – Teresa Miller, Hospitality & Design Coordinator

Looking ahead, clients will be working with Christy Cox Spencer, our Proprietor and a cornerstone of Robert Hall since the very beginning. Christy has led the charge in shaping our vision and ensuring every event reflects the quality and care we’re known for. We know you’ll be in excellent hands with her experience and eye for detail guiding the way.
