Wedding Open House Recap

On Saturday, February 25th, we held our inaugural Wedding Open House.

With the help of Katharine Mann Wedding & Event Planning, we hosted more than a dozen vendors who were set up throughout the space in true mock-wedding fashion.

As guests entered through Capone’s Bar, they were greeted with signature champagne drinks by Thirty Buffalo Beverage Catering, hor d’oeuvres by Elevated Catering Company, cupcakes from The Humble Bee Shoppe, and live music from the talented Duo Licht.

After visiting with the vendors set up in Capone’s Bar, guests had the opportunity to tour The Huntley House (Robert Hall’s Airbnb accommodations) and then make their way down the stairs to The Vault.

Downstairs, ON Target DJ provided music as guests perused through some of the dinnerware sets offered by Robert Hall and enjoyed floral centerpieces arranged by Rhonda Hicks Florals. Signage and seating charts by Calligraphy by Carole were set up and used throughout the spaces to direct guests throughout each of Robert Hall’s venues.

Thirsty Buffalo Beverage Catering lent her self-service drink cart for guests to enjoy as they sampled food provided by Giannos Catering & Special Events and a charcuterie board from The Board Babe.

Outside in The Garden, PRE Events showcased some of their most popular wedding rentals and guests could take a look at the wedding trolley from Triad Eco Adventures.

We were also excited to have Behind the Kam take over our Instagram page to post social media content during the event and have Aven Angel Photography and Brittany Butterworth Photography capturing images throughout the day.
